Lady Gaga gives fans a taste of her new album

Ubiquitous pop warbler Lady Gaga has teased her fans with a preview of a track from her upcoming album Born This Way.

I know what you're thinking. After promising her 'little monsters' that she'll deliver "the greatest album of the decade," we're all champing at the bit to see if she'll deliver the goods.

During a recent concert in Poland, Gaga wept as she told the audience: "I promise you, I'll never let you down. And not for nothing: The album's finished and it's f*****g really good."

"So whatever this is, whatever you just did for all of us... I promise to give you the greatest album of this decade, just for you."

She also told RWD Magazine: "The album is my absolute greatest work I've ever done and I'm so excited about it.

"The message, the melodies, the direction, the meaning, what it will mean to my fans and what it will mean in my own life - it's utter liberation," she said.

The singer recently announced that she was to re-work a song from Born This Way at a Paris fashion show by designer Thierry Mugler.

"I'm the musical director for the MUGLER fashion show," she announced on Twitter.

"I'm remixing/previewing a record on Born This Way, tailored for the show + garments."

True to her word, Gaga has offered her army of fans a taste of what she's had on the boil.

The pop diva debuted the remix of the song, the title of which has not been revealed, at Mugler's fashion show on Wednesday.

She remixed the track especially for the show as a thank you to her personal stylist and the brand's new creative director, Nicola Formichetti.

"I love him, my friend the genius, my collaborator, more than any piece of clothing or closet I possess. But don't tell him I said that, he'll die. He picked them all out," Gaga fawned.

A short black-and-white film, shot by Mariano Vivanco, combining footage from the runway with a remixed version of the new track has since debuted over at StyleList.

The track opens with a voiceover of Gaga saying, "I don't speak German, but I can if you like," set to a throbbing, cookie-cutter dance beat.

She later croons at around the 1m 40sec mark: "I'll take you out tonight, say whatever you like."

Oh, and the tattooed bald chap, that's Canadian model Rick Genest, also known as Zombie Boy. He's had his whole body inked to look like a skeleton. He won't bite.

Enjoy.
